What if the item I ordered doesn't fit?

I want to make sure you love your purchase as much as I love making it, so if you have any concerns about sizing, contact me with your measurements and I will be happy to accommodate your request.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?


I accept PayPal, Credit Card and Interac e-Transfer. 

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with your payment, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

 

How are my items shipped?

Items are shipped via Canada Post. If you've selected a tracked shipping method, you'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped to follow your order's journey!

 

Custom requests

 

If you have a custom request, such as sizing, colour or a slight change to something you would like to order, leave your request in your notes during checkout and I will acknowledge and confirm your request.

 

Why are your prices in person and on your website different than on Etsy?

 

Everything I make is handmade by me and I work very hard to price my products fairly while factoring in the cost of rental space and processing fees charged by each platform and payment processor.  

 

When can I expect my order?

 

Processing times will vary depending on the availability of yarn needed to complete your order. I will update your order status through  each step of the process, so you will know when your order is expected to ship.
