What if the item I ordered doesn’t fit?
I want you to love your purchase as much as I love making it! If you have any concerns about sizing, please reach out with your measurements. I’m happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible to make sure your item fits just right.

Payment must be made in full and cleared before your order is shipped. If you run into any issues with payment, don’t hesitate to contact me — I’m happy to help!
How are my items shipped?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
If you choose a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey to your door.
Do you accept custom requests?
Absolutely! If you'd like a custom colour, size, or a slight adjustment to an item, just leave a note at checkout. I’ll acknowledge and confirm your request before starting your order.
Why are prices different on Etsy, in person, and on your website?
Each of my items is handmade, and I do my best to price them fairly based on material costs, time, and platform fees. Prices may vary slightly depending on where you shop (Etsy, in person, or here on my website) due to differences in rental space costs and processing fees.
When will my order ship?
Processing times vary based on the availability of yarn and supplies. I’ll keep you updated through each stage of the process so you’ll always know when to expect your order to ship.
Do you charge tariffs or customs fees for U.S. orders?
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes, which are set by U.S. customs regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on possible charges.
